Use the fields on the product page for the pet name, inscription and reference image. Type the name exactly as you want it to appear, including capitalization. For soundwave artwork, email the original recording with your order number.
03 · Check your order
Review the selected variant, spelling and dates. Photo-based pieces need a clear reference; our photo guide explains what to include. Contact us before ordering if a request goes beyond the displayed options.
04 · From personal details to your door
Design review and production arrangements depend on your chosen piece. Keep your checkout email accessible for questions about the order. After dispatch, use the shipping updates and tracking link provided for your parcel.
