Photo & file guide

Start with a photo that feels like them.

Choose a clear reference

Use the original photo where possible, with the eyes, face and ears visible. Natural daylight and a simple background make distinctive markings easier to see. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and motion blur.

Match the photo to the piece

For a portrait, choose a face-on or three-quarter view. For line art, a clear outline or side profile helps. For a sculpture, include front, side and back views when possible, and identify the pose and markings that matter most.

Upload and label your files

Use the image field on the product page. If you need to send additional images, email them to hello@coazen.com with your order number. Identify the main reference and add a short note about any details that should be retained.

Older photos and memorial pieces

An older photo may be the only reference you have. Send it to us before ordering if you are unsure about clarity. Explain which details are important; avoid enlarging or editing a small file in a way that changes your pet’s features.

Recordings for soundwave artwork

Send the original audio file to hello@coazen.com and identify the excerpt you would like used. Soundwave wood art displays a visual waveform; it does not include a speaker, audio playback or a QR playback service.
