Making your piece

COAZEN pieces are made to order. Each piece is personalised from the details and reference files you send us, and production is confirmed for your order before it is dispatched. We do not publish a single production time, because it depends on the piece you choose and on the details you provide. Missing or unclear information may need to be resolved before the order can move forward, and any design review depends on the selected product.

Delivery times by destination

Transit times are published carrier service times. Unless stated otherwise they are counted in working days, from the moment the parcel is scanned into the carrier network to the first delivery attempt.

  • United States: 7–15 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–10 working days
  • Europe (EU countries, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland): 5–10 working days, subject to the import arrangements for the destination being in place. If an order cannot be cleared for its destination, we contact you before dispatch.
  • Canada and Mexico: 7–17 working days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 5–20 working days
  • South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay): 10–25 working days
  • Other destinations: 3–15 working days. Times vary widely from country to country, and the options available for your address are confirmed at checkout.

Transit time does not include production time, the leg from our production partner to the carrier hub, or customs clearance. Some carrier services are quoted in calendar days rather than working days; where that applies, the service shown at checkout states the calendar-day period.

Faster services, where they are offered, appear at checkout with their own transit time and can be shorter than the ranges above.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your address. Production and transit are separate stages, so a shipping charge covers the transit service and not product production time.

Ordering for a particular date

Tell us the product, delivery country or region, and required date before ordering. Do not assume a styling image, cart message or dispatch estimate guarantees arrival for an event.
